Meet the Brat Makers

Tiede Brats is a FFA (Future Farmers of America) SAE (Supervised Agricultural Experience) Project through the Gothenburg Chapter. My dad, Mark Tiede, used to make Brats for 28 years at a local butcher shop. Him and my mom, Lana Tiede, then opened a Steakhouse in Callaway, NE for 4 years. My parents have lots of experience in making Brats and speciality meats. My goal is to learn the trade from them to carrying on the Tiede Brat recipes. Tiede Brats is proud to provide you only the finest meats, with consistent quality being of utmost importance to us.  What sets us apart is our tireless commitment to providing our customers with only the best.
